Appearance: Clear golden colour with a big white head, strong carbonation.
Aroma’s: Complex, sweet malt, yeast, spicy and grassy notes.
Taste: Full body and complex, sweet malt, fruity esters, spicy (clove), a long and warming finish.
Food Pairing: Smoked salmon, Carpaccio of scallop
