Hops : Cryo, Centennial, Magnum, Mosaic, Simcoe, Talus
Gold-colour, craft-style, ipa-family, aromatic, bitter, hoppy
Appearance: Blond colour with a creamy white head, fine carbonation.
Aroma’s; A lot of fruit, mostly grapefruit, hoppy and fresh.
Taste: Fresh and pleasant, medium body, hoppy and fruity with a good malt backbone, subtle bitter finish.
Food Pairing: Pizza, Old cheese, Strawberry tarte
